I have been doing a bit of research into your family history and Diane Hall's husband Peter's hobby is genealogy and he's been fantastic. He tracked down your natural father's daughter Lynn and would you believe she's been trying to trace you. Peter has forwarded her my email address so hopefully she will get in touch and I'll be able to tell you a bit about your father in my journal to you. All I know is that he died age 64 in 1981 from lung cancer - just like you! Update - Lynn and I have been in touch and she and her family are coming to our home on 5 April. Not sure how you'd feel about that - you'd be pleased that you had a sister as you hated being an only child but I know you would have been devastated that your father never mentioned to his daughter that he had a son by a previous marriage. Just want to fill in a few gaps for our family to know their paternal roots.
