Our family have been here for dinner today and I prepared the dinner and they took over serving up when it was cooked and cleared up. We had a traditional turkey roast dinner and rice pudding - your favourites! I've had some lovely cards and presents but you should have been here with me. You used to celebrate Mother's Day with me as parents to our wonderful family the same way I celebrated Father's Day with you. We are so fortunate to have such a caring family - we didn't do a bad job bringing them up did we? You were the centre of our family - our KING - and we all miss you so very much. You've left a big void in our world! How are we supposed to carry on without you? Love you darling xxxx
