The hospice held a special remembrance service this evening to see your name in the Book of Remembrance and I went with Louise, Helen, Martin and Graham. The hospice chaplain said a few words and told us all to be grateful that our loved ones had lived and that we had some special memories to treasure. Then we all lit a candle for our loved ones as he read the names of all the people who died in May. There were 60 of us in total and it was very emotional to say the least. There was a counseller on each table to comfort everyone and they laid on wine and nibbles. A very moving sad experience and we all cried so many tears.
