My birthday - it is my birthday today and I've had a lovely day. At lunchtime we met Carrie for brunch - it's 6 years since we saw her and sadly she's over for her Dad's funeral on Monday. She has been friends with our family now for 24 years and still keeps in touch with us all on Facebook. Then we all went to Louise and Jason's for dinner and I was thoroughly spoilt with some beautiful cards and presents and a lovely birthday cake. I'm always sad when I come home as you're not here to share all these special occcasions with me. Tomorrow I'm going out to lunch with my friends from the WOW group.
