VALENTINE'S DAY. Last Valentine's Day was the day our lives changed forever - you went to have a chest xray for a little niggly cough that wouldn't go away and were told there and then that you had a tumour in the lung!!!! We were devastated and you were so frightened and didn't want to talk about it. We cried so much that day but still had our "special" candlelit dinner and champagne - our last Valentine's dinner! Oh my darling - I'm feeling so sorry for myself - I love you dearly and I miss you so very, very much. In Memory of the One I Love. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear. I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new, I thought about you yesterday and every night and day too. Your presence is sadly missed, your memory treasured.
