Max - our youngest grandson started full time school today - and he's more than ready for it! Max told me last week that he knows I'm lonely without you John but that although we can't see you that Grandad can see us and you are our angel looking after us. He bought a tear to my eye! John - when we knew you were not going to get better I told you I was going to get a dog. We had always had Rough Collies in the past and you told me not to get another big dog as I was getting older and if I wanted to cuddle it I would have to get on the floor and as I was getting older I may have difficulty getting up! Always joking and happy - you told me to get a small dog so I could cuddle it and I would always have someone to greet me when I came in and to keep me company. So I got Bessie and she has been a great help since you died. I've now got TWO puppies. I got a playmate for Bessie - a little boy called Bobby - he's 2 weeks older than her and they play so well together and put a smile on my face. John - you would love the antics they get up to. Today I invited our 4 children and Val and Dave to view and contribute to your tribute. I have paid for the tribute to be on Perpetuity so that it will be available for life for our family and future generations to view and know about us all. I will invite other family members and friends to view and contribute if they wish when I feel ready. I still have so much more to add to the tribute as you were so special to me and I have so many lovely memories of our life together.
