As I prepare for Christmas I miss you more and more - you so loved all the preparation and activities leading up to it. The grandchildren's School Christmas plays and concerts, the shopping for presents, wrapping them and opening cards. Two years ago I was planning your surprise 70th birthday event - little did we know what 2008 had in store for us! You would be so proud of the grandchildren - they are all growing up - Ryan passed his driving test 5 months ago and Jessica passed hers yesterday. They are all such lovely people although they are all different - they do love a family get-together as well - I think they get that from us?! Helen has now sold her house and is buying one in the road opposite me and she hopes to move at the end of January. We all talk about you all the time - you were so special to all of us.
